QuietThink ("we", "us") is operated by Hailey Barbosa, based in Bermuda. This policy explains what data we collect when you use QuietThink and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, authentication identifiers.
- Session content: messages and reflections you submit to the AI.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Paddle); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.
2. How we use it
- To provide and personalize the QuietThink service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications).
- To detect abuse and keep the service secure.
3. Subprocessors
We use the following providers to operate QuietThink:
- Paddle — payment processing and Merchant of Record.
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- OpenAI / model providers — AI inference for your sessions.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@quietthink.org. You can also delete your account from the dashboard, which removes your sessions.
5. Data retention
We keep account and session data while your account is active. After deletion, data is purged from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
