Refund Policy

QuietThink is operated by Hailey Barbosa, based in Bermuda. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. 14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with QuietThink Pro or Team, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just email support@quietthink.org from the address on your account.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. We do not offer prorated refunds for renewal charges, but you can cancel at any time from your dashboard to prevent the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Exceptions

• Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction always apply.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
