Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QuietThink, operated by Hailey Barbosa, based in Bermuda ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

QuietThink provides AI-guided reflection and decision-making tools. The service is provided as an aid for personal reflection and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use QuietThink. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal, abusive, or harassing content.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• No use of QuietThink to generate content that violates third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Content and ownership

You own the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service. We do not sell your session content.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI responses may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda.
